Temperature thermodisc. It is used for the measurment of the real temperature in the kilns. It can also be used for the measurment of the the temperature in the different sectors of the kiln (if it is evenly distributed).
How to use. The thermodiscs are put inside the furnace at the places where you want the temperature to be measured. After the firing has finished the thermodiscs are measured by micrometer (0,01mm precision). The temperature is determined according to the thermodisc size as listed in the table below.
For perfect results the recommended heating rate is 150°С/hour!
