You can make orders by phone (Bulgarian or English language), fax, email or trough the form in our web-site. The information we need so that we can send your order is your name/company name, delivery address and phone number. IMPORTANT!!! If you plan to visit us, please inform us at least one day in advance! IMPORTANT!!! There are cases when we have customers present or we have product delivered in our warehouse in which we are not able to answer our phones. In such cases you can leave us a message by email or trough our the form in our web-site and we will answer you as soon as possible. Sending orders In general if the order is made until lunch we will send it on the next working day. If the order is made after lunch-time we will send it in two working days. The preparation and the sending of the orders also depends on how busy we are at that time - serving customers at place, product delivered at our warehouse, truck unloading, etc. So there are some cases in which we are not able to keep the above rules. Discounts: - if order is above 1500 leva - 2% discount - if order is above 2500 leva - 5% discount - if order is above 5000 leva - the discont is calculated individually *They are valid for materials and consumables *They are not valid for kilns, machines and equipment Price increase - ussually for the dry products there is 15% price increase if you order less than 1 kg from a particular product - ussually for the liquid products there is 15% price increase if you order less than 10 kg from a particular product *The exact price increase is listed in each of the product's page Minimum orders - ussually for the dry products the minimum order is 100 grams - ussually for the liquid products the minimum order is 1 kilogram *The exact minimum orders are listed in each of the product's page Payment terms For Bulgaria, Greece and Romania - You pay cash on delivery to the courier that delivers the goods - the product value + courier cost.
